- 3:00 PM Guest boarding Board at one of our lakefront harbors, our Chicago River dock, or even mid-city at spots like City Winery or Pizzeria Portofino — pickup location depends on the vessel you choose.
- 3:30 PM Departure + drinks service As soon as you're on board, order drinks from our dedicated bartending staff while the skyline starts to slide past.
- 4:30 PM Team activity / presentation Your hour to shine. Run a keynote, launch a product, toast a milestone, or simply mingle — every vessel has AV, mic support, and quiet corners for breakout conversations.
- 6:00 PM Sunset networking Catering service lands on the top deck as the city turns gold. The best conversations of the year happen here — phones down, skyline lit, everyone relaxed.
- 7:00 PM Return to dock A final loop past the skyline, last-call service, and a smooth return to the dock. Step off on time, energized, with photos your team will actually share.

Corporate yacht charter FAQs.
Everything you need to know about hosting your corporate event on the water.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for weekday events and 60+ days for summer weekends. Peak season (June–August) fills fast — the earlier you inquire, the more vessel and date options you will have.
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe for departure, we work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. Light rain typically does not affect departures. We monitor weather closely and communicate proactively leading up to your event.
Absolutely. We support custom banners, welcome signage, branded napkins, table settings, and screen displays. For product launches and activations, we can coordinate custom staging and AV setups. Share your branding needs when you submit your inquiry and we will include it in your quote.
The base charter rate covers the vessel, captain, and crew. Bar and catering packages are available as add-ons with tiered options — standard, premium, and top-shelf. We can also accommodate BYOB on our 13-passenger vessels. Your event coordinator will walk you through all options.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own vendors. We also offer in-house catering, DJ, and photography packages if you prefer a turnkey experience. Just let us know your preference when planning your event. We do charge a small fee for outside vendors and agreements must be signed.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund less 10% fee. Cancellations within 14–30 days receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 12 months. Weather-related cancellations are always rescheduled at no cost.
