Knot My Boat Charters, LLC accepts a variety of payment methods to accommodate our clients and facilitate efficient booking and transaction processing. We currently accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, electronic transfers, and peer-to-peer payment platforms.

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Due to the nature of bareboat charters and limited vessel availability, full payment (100%) of the total charter amount is required at the time of booking in order to secure a reservation.
A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and cleared and a Bareboat Charter Agreement has been executed. The Company reserves the right to cancel or decline any booking for failure to remit payment in full.
By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate and complete. You authorize Knot My Boat Charters, LLC, its payment processors, and financial institutions to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
You further authorize the Company to charge any payment method on file for additional charges incurred in connection with your charter, including but not limited to damages, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, or improper use of the vessel and its systems, as outlined in your Bareboat Charter Agreement.
All credit card payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. Knot My Boat Charters, LLC does not store full credit card numbers on its systems.
For payments made via ACH, wire transfer, Zelle, or Venmo, you are responsible for ensuring that payment is transmitted accurately and received by Knot My Boat Charters, LLC within the required timeframes. Any bank fees, wire fees, or transaction costs associated with these payment methods are the responsibility of the payer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and cleared.
In the event that any payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise dishonored, you agree to promptly remit the full amount due using an alternative payment method. You further agree to reimburse Knot My Boat Charters, LLC for any fees, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of the failed transaction, including but not limited to bank fees, processing fees, and reasonable collection or legal costs.
Knot My Boat Charters, LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.
By completing a transaction, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes except in cases of verified fraud or billing error. You acknowledge that reservations involve the allocation of limited inventory and operational commitments.
You agree to be responsible for any chargebacks initiated by you or any third party acting on your behalf. In the event of a chargeback, Knot My Boat Charters, LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including any associated fees, costs, or legal expenses.
You agree to pay for any additional charges incurred in connection with your charter, including but not limited to:
Such charges may be assessed following the charter and are due upon receipt. You authorize the Company to charge any payment method on file for such amounts.
All applicable taxes, if any, will be applied in accordance with local and state law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless valid tax-exempt documentation is provided in advance.
